"Bad location but ok!"
Friendly people at the reception. The restaurant is ok but the location is bad. Actually the hotel is inside of a shopping center, not private at all. Even with the GPS it was really hard to find the location; we had no idea it was in a mall. I wouldn't stay there next time.
"No es lo que anuncian--Not what is advertised"
The room was very small; the hardwood floor was not well installed because it moved every time we walked on it. Staff was nice but not very well informed. Had some problems with parking. Unfortunately, for what they charge per night, it was not worth it. Good location in the sense that it's close to shopping centers and other activities but there was a lot of noise in the morning because it is right next to the highway.
"a very comfortable business hotel with great amenities"
This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant food is excellent and the service is personal and wonderful (special thanks to Antonio). The front desk is well-staffed and it appears that they all speak excellent English. The cleaning staff is polite and unobtrusive. As with other reviews, I have to comment that the location is a bit inconvenient for access to city attractions, but there is a very large shopping mall that is within the same city block.
"Nice bright place to lay your head"
I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, for business. I found the accommodations simple yet sufficient. I slept well, perhaps amazing well despite proximity to the freeway. The breakfast buffet was good and nourishing. My use of Spanish is poor but the staff didn't seem to mind my inartful attempts at communication; their front desk was always manned by someone that spoke English, which I obviously needed. The only real drawback to this hotel is that it doesn't seem to be near anything. Perhaps if you have business at UNAM, maybe then it's close. There are no tourist attractions nearby (the Zocalo is 1+ hr by subway or taxi), nor could I find restaurants outside of those at the mall within walking distance of the hotel. I blame that on Mexico City more than the hotel, though. All in all, a decent place and one that didn't cost an arm and a leg.
"Great place great food but ..."
I had an enjoyable stay here at the fiesta in for 1 week , The rooms where huge for a double and a nice set up the way they are laid out , Really comfortable all round and great staff who where always eager to help . The rooms Where cleaned very well and I must say some of the most help if cleaning team I have experienced running to get my laundry service in before 12 for same day Food was fantastic in the hotel to which I was surprised at (try the chicken wings) And they have a counter style shop for buying refreshments etc The reason I give it 4 rather than 5 is that the hotel is awkwardly positioned off the highway leading to long waits from uber sir taxis as they struggled to get onto the correct slip road , The neighbourhood is great during the day but there isn't much to see or visit at night and I'm not sure I would do, All in all a great hotel maybe just hire a car if you fancy taking on the Mexico City traffic
