Dear Travel Agent:

In order to streamline the process of commission payment and maintain the good relationship that exists between your Travel Agency and Posadas Group, we will continue providinginformation in the case of not receiving payment of their commissions.

• Claims for unpaid commissions shall be made at Customer Service Department by either of the following means:

    • E-mail:cservice@posadas.com  
      
• It is essential to provide the following information:
  • • Confirmation ID
    • Guest Name
    • Hotel
    • Arrival Date
    • IATA, Agency Name.

Please Note:

• Reservation claims from past years do not proceed due to fiscal terms.
• The commission payment is monthly.
• The minimum commission payable is $10.00 USD. If at the end of the period the amount is not covered, it accumulates for the next month.
