Our Best Rate Guarantee is valid for all our users when booking a hotel in our brand websites. Grupo Posadas is committed to offer the lowest price always, and in the case our clients find a lower rate in some other online channel, we will match to the lowest rate.
These are the brands to which our Best Rate Guaranteed is applied: Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Americana, The Explorean, Fiesta Inn, Gamma, and one hoteles.

Terms and conditions:
- Book with us and get our Best Rate Guarantee. If you find a lower rate in other online travel agency , after 24 hours of making your reservation for the same destination and travel dates, we will honor the lower price for the whole stay.
- The Best Rate Guaranteed is applied on the published rate per available room, and must have the same room specifications that were confirmed and may be reserved through any other channel. It must comply with the following specifications: Same type of room, same hotel, same dates of stay, same number of guests, same currency & same reservation policy.
How do I request the Best Rate Guaranteed?
- You must claim it within 24 hours of making your reservation. It must be a reservation that is valid and confirmed through one of the Grupo Posadas websites and presented 48 (forty-eight) hours before your programmed arrival.
- You must provide the URL of the site where you are comparing the offer, which must be valid at the time of validation with the same conditions of your trip.
- Claims for the Best Rate Guaranteed can only be made through the following Best Rate Form.
- Clients must fill in and send all the mandatory details and will receive acknowledgement of receipt to the email address provided on the form.
- Then a Service or Sales consultant shall validate the compared offer and grant the Guarantee if it is necessary.
When does the Best Rate Guaranteed not apply?
- It does not apply to claims made after 24 hours of making the reservation.
- It does not apply if the offer to be compared is no longer valid.
- It does not apply if the origin of the source of the offer which you are presenting as proof is not clear (not being able to corroborate existence / validity / conditions / of the promotion to be compared).
- It does not apply to reservations whose guarantee of payment has been rejected.
- It is not valid if the client has already used one of the reservation services.
- Any rate requiring clients to be a member of a related club or program or other organization where certain rates are applicable for a specific group of people.
- Offers made on a private basis by printed or electronic means such as e-mail or newsletters.
