"Best Hotel in Pachuca "
Spend 1 night with my family. It was a great surprise. The hotel is only 4 years, so everythings are in great conditions. The room was impecable, confortable and clean. Pool was perfect for us, nobody there great temperature and look pretty new. Breakfast buffet was really good and super accecible. Victor at the hot station was super nice. We meet the GM at the pool when she was doing her tour she is a very friendly women. In general we had a great time and we will be back. Thank you. The best option in Pachuca for sure.

Everyone in the hotel is super kind and helpful. They do their best to excel and to make their guests feel at home. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean. It is nice to be close to stores and a main avenue. We love to stay at the Fiesta Inn Gran Patio in Pachuca!
"Terrible. Noise rooms. Bad food."
Reasonable location. Terrible food. Room extremely noise. Impossible to sleep on fist floor. Do not waste money on the hotel. Actually I have never been in a noise hotel like that. Really impressive. I do not recommend at anyone.
"Good hotel"
Good hotel, comfortable, clean and in a good location, close to a shopping mall and anyway not too far from the city center. Friendly and helpful staff, good although not exceptional breakfast, very good and equipped the gym inside. There was a coffee maker in the room, but the coffee was only put on arrival, then it was no longer added after the first consumption. It would have been good, in a hotel like this, to have coffee and tea every day.
"Noisy all night"
Hammering until 11 pm didn't even offer a discount for the hassle could not rest for the next day of work people in checkout didny offer anything manager was hearing and he didn't even offer a personal apaology he just ignored
