Staff is very professional and very helpful.

The breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were exceptional, fantastic laundry facilities. With the mall down stairs and the historic part of town only 10 minutes away, the location was perfect. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, real value for money.

Breakfast is awesome and nice friendly staff. Good location just above the mall.
Laundry service was not available but you could do laundry by yourself. There is no room service in the hotel but yes plenty of options down the hotel to eat.
